Chong Pang City Community Hub Construction Milestone Achieved in Singapore
Chong Pang City, an integrated community hub in Yishun, Singapore, has reached its superstructure completion and is scheduled for a 2027 opening. This development focuses on sustainability and inclusivity, featuring extensive commercial space and community amenities, marking a significant investment in local infrastructure.

The Chong Pang City community hub in Yishun has completed its superstructure and is expected to be operational by 2027. The nine-storey facility will include a community club, hawker centre, swimming pools, a gym, and various recreational spaces, totaling approximately 4,200 sqm of commercial space.
Tenders for commercial units are set to launch in the second quarter of this year. Designed for inclusivity, it features wheelchair-accessible facilities and is the first government-integrated project to achieve Platinum Super Low Energy certification, aiming for a 40% energy saving compared to traditional constructions. The hub will also incorporate renewable energy solutions through photovoltaic panels expected to generate 600,000 kWh annually.
