Cisco Leases 6,500 Square Meters at Railway Campus in Caesarea for NIS 50 Million
Cisco has signed a ten-year lease for 6,500 square meters at the Railway Campus in Caesarea, with total rent estimated at NIS 50 million. The Railway Campus, developed by the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation, features three Class A buildings with mixed-use facilities totaling 45,000 square meters.

Cisco will lease 6,500 square meters of office space at the Railway Campus in Caesarea, under a ten-year contract, with total rent around NIS 50 million. The campus, developed by the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation's Caesarea Development Corporation at an investment of NIS 400 million, contains three Class A buildings with a total of 45,000 square meters for offices, laboratories, and commercial space. Cisco joins other companies like ForSight Robotics and Moonshot in leasing space at the campus, which is experiencing high demand.
