CiTech has entered a non-exclusive MOU with Terma A/S to integrate radar systems into its Nexus platform, aiming to develop a joint defense and security solution for Europe. The collaboration will include pilot projects and demonstrations, with notable events planned, including a drone summit in Riga on May 27, 2026.

CiTech also announced its first international sale of the Nexus 20 platform to Critical Metals Corp. for the Tanbreez mining project in Greenland. This sale validates CiTech's technology as market-ready.

The company is expanding its presence in Poland through a partnership with H. Cegielski - Poznań S.A. and is pursuing additional strategic partnerships, including a potential acquisition of a precision manufacturer in Australia.
