ClearVue Technologies Secures IEC Certification for BIPV Solar Panels and Enhances Helios Partnership
ClearVue Technologies has achieved global IEC certification for its metal-backed BIPV solar panels, a key step for commercial deployment. The enhanced partnership with Helios aims to streamline manufacturing and reduce costs, but funding concerns remain critical for operational sustainability.

ClearVue Technologies has obtained global IEC certification for its metal-backed Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) solar panels, crucial for market acceptance and commercial deployment. This includes IEC 61730 and IEC 61215 certifications, confirming safety and performance.
The partnership with Helios has been strengthened to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs, critical for accelerating deployment of solar solutions. ClearVue is now preparing for Australian Clean Energy Council certification, with expectations for shorter project lead times in Australia.
Financially, ClearVue reported cash equivalents of A$2,047,160 and a cash runway of 0.98 quarters as of December 31, 2025, amidst ongoing reliance on capital raises. The company must manage liquidity effectively to support product adoption and mitigate shareholder dilution risks.
