CNPC Chairman and Turkmen Deputy PM Discuss Natural Gas Cooperation in Beijing
Dai Houliang, Chairman of CNPC, met with Turkmenistan's Deputy PM Serdar Agazhanov in Beijing to discuss strategic natural gas cooperation. Both leaders emphasized the importance of their joint energy projects, including the Amu Darya Right Bank project and the Central Asia-China Gas Pipeline, for economic stability in Turkmenistan. They expressed commitment to deepening cooperation and enhancing the bilateral partnership.

Dai Houliang, Chairman of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), met Serdar Agazhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan, in Beijing. The two leaders highlighted the strategic importance of Turkmenistan-China natural gas cooperation and discussed existing projects like the Amu Darya Right Bank project and the Central Asia-China Gas Pipeline.
They agreed to enhance their partnership, with CNPC committed to implementing agreements and leveraging resource strengths. CNPC Vice Presidents and other officials were present at the meeting.
