Companies Involved in Israel's Military Operations in Gaza 2023
Several major defense manufacturers are supplying Israel with advanced weaponry amid its operations in Gaza. Notably, General Dynamics is the sole U.S. producer of MK-80 bomb bodies and 155mm artillery shells, while Lockheed Martin provides F-16 and F-35 jets, and RTX supplies guided missiles used in attacks.

General Dynamics, a leading U.S. defense contractor, is the exclusive manufacturer of MK-80 bomb bodies and 155mm artillery shells, extensively used in Gaza. Lockheed Martin, the world's largest weapon manufacturer, supplies F-16 and F-35 jets, as well as AGM-114 Hellfire missiles.
The U.S. has also planned to send tens of thousands of 155mm shells to Israel, which have drawn criticism for their potential indiscriminate use. Other key players include Israel Aerospace Industries and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, both integral to Israel's military capabilities. The ongoing supply of advanced weaponry raises ethical concerns regarding humanitarian impacts and compliance with international law.
