Comstock Launches Data Center Platform with Partners in Oklahoma and Mid-Atlantic
Comstock Holding Cos. has officially launched its Data Center Platform (DCP) and entered partnerships to develop large-scale data center campuses in Oklahoma and the Mid-Atlantic region. The Oklahoma venture includes a $1.5 million investment in Jericho Energy Ventures, focusing on 18,000 acres of land with natural gas access. In the Mid-Atlantic, Comstock will provide development services for parcels being acquired by a leading developer, potentially delivering over 900MW. The company aims to leverage its experience in real estate and infrastructure for these projects.

In Oklahoma, Comstock is collaborating with Jericho Energy Ventures, making a $1.5 million investment for a 7% stake in Jericho, focusing on 18,000 acres of land with natural gas access.
In the Mid-Atlantic, Comstock has an asset management agreement with Comstock Partners LC to provide development services for parcels acquired by a leading data center developer, which could deliver upwards of 900MW. Comstock will utilize its experience in securing entitlements and executing large-scale developments.
