Comstock Holding Cos. has launched its Data Center Platform (DCP) and formed partnerships to develop large-scale data center campuses in Oklahoma and the Mid-Atlantic region. In Oklahoma, Comstock is collaborating with Jericho Energy Ventures, making a $1.5 million investment for a 7% stake in Jericho, focusing on 18,000 acres of land with natural gas access.

In the Mid-Atlantic, Comstock has an asset management agreement with Comstock Partners LC to provide development services for parcels acquired by a leading data center developer, which could deliver upwards of 900MW. Comstock will utilize its experience in securing entitlements and executing large-scale developments.
