Construct Inc. has appointed Joey Lindstrom as its new executive director following the departure of Jane Raph in October. Lindstrom, a U.S. Army veteran and University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, began his role on Monday after collaborating with Construct's board.

The organization, focused on affordable housing in southern Berkshire County, recently engaged in partnerships for mortgage and rental assistance and transformed the Windflower Inn into co-living workforce housing. Lindstrom aims to complete ongoing projects, particularly the Cassilis Farm development in New Marlborough. His leadership comes amid significant changes in the housing landscape, including new funding sources and updates to accessory dwelling unit bylaws.
