Construction has begun on 10 micro homes in Buckmaster's Circle, St. John's, with a project value of nearly $1.7 million awarded to Redwood Construction and funded by the federal government. The development will consist of two buildings on Army Street, featuring six units in one and four in another, including two fully accessible homes designed with universal principles.

The provincial government has commenced construction on 10 micro homes in the Buckmaster's Circle area of St. John's. Each micro home will be 500 square feet, and the project, valued at nearly $1.7 million, has been awarded to Redwood Construction, with funding from the federal government.
The development will feature two buildings on Army Street, comprising six units in one building and four in another. Two homes will be fully accessible, and all will adhere to universal design principles.
