Contract Signed for A7 Highway Section from Križišće to Jadranovo in Croatia
A contract for the construction of the Križišće-Jadranovo section of the A7 highway, valued at €151 million, was signed in Kraljevica. Prime Minister Andrej Plenković emphasized its significance in resolving traffic connectivity issues in the Kvarner region. The project aims to enhance regional connectivity and support economic growth, particularly in tourism. Additionally, Plenković visited the LNG terminal in Omišalj, where capacity was increased from 3.9 to 6.1 billion cubic meters of gas annually.

A contract worth €151 million for the construction of the Križišće-Jadranovo section of the A7 highway was signed in Kraljevica. The project is expected to improve connectivity in the Kvarner region and reduce long-standing traffic issues.
Construction is set to begin in the second half of the year, with completion anticipated within 36 months. Prime Minister Plenković highlighted its importance for regional integration into the national highway network and its potential to stimulate economic growth.
During his visit, he also discussed the LNG terminal's expansion, which has increased its gas capacity, enhancing Croatia's energy independence. The meeting included discussions on various infrastructure projects crucial for Rijeka and Primorsko-goranska županija.
