The company prioritizes R&D, focusing on new tractor variants and advanced engine technologies. Exports, constituting 50-60% of revenue, target markets including the UK, Europe, the USA, and Japan. Farrokh Cooper, CMD, foresees a coexistence of diesel, petrol, gas, and electric fuels in the market, addressing urban pollution without a complete replacement of conventional fuels.

The firm is investing in automation and AI to enhance productivity in manufacturing, while also maintaining a strong presence in the defense sector. Growth projections aim for a 30-40% increase over the next five years across engines, tractors, and components.
