Corvias Secures $200 Million Contract for Energy Modernization of Army Housing Portfolio
Corvias has secured a $200 million Energy Savings Performance Contract with the U.S. Army to modernize energy systems in approximately 5,000 military homes across three bases. The four-year project aims to generate $27 million in annual savings and enhance energy efficiency through HVAC modernization and smart energy controls, contributing to the Army's long-term energy resilience goals. Overall, the initiative is expected to yield consolidated energy savings of around $61 million annually, totaling over $1.7 billion throughout its lifespan.

Corvias has announced a $200 million Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) with the U.S. Army to modernize energy systems in approximately 5,000 military homes at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Fort Riley, KS, and Fort Rucker, AL.
The four-year project aims to generate $27 million in annual savings and over $75 million in local economic impact. Improvements include HVAC modernization, installation of smart energy controls, and targeted electrical and mechanical upgrades.
The initiative builds on previous projects and is expected to yield consolidated energy savings of around $61 million annually, totaling over $1.7 billion in savings across the project lifetimes. This effort aligns with the Army's long-term energy efficiency and resilience goals.
