CreateMe Technologies has announced a partnership with UNTUCKit to produce the first commercially available digitally bonded men's t-shirt in the U.S. using its Pixel bonding and MeRA automated assembly systems. The t-shirts will utilize Supima cotton, known for its superior quality.

The companies plan to scale production to 50,000 units per year beginning in Q3 2026, demonstrating the maturity of digitally bonded clothing and robotics-based manufacturing. This collaboration aims to reduce reliance on overseas production, enhance product durability, and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.
