Czechoslovak Group Acquires 49% Stake in Hungary's 4iG Space & Defence Technologies
Czechoslovak Group (CSG) has acquired a 49% stake in Hungary's 4iG Space & Defence Technologies, gaining influence in Rába, a manufacturer of heavy vehicles. The agreement, signed in Budapest, includes a commitment from Rába to produce 2,000 Tatra vehicles for the Hungarian army and introduces a €1 billion project for medium military vehicle production for export to Southeast Asia.

Czechoslovak Group (CSG) has purchased a 49% stake in Hungary's 4iG Space & Defence Technologies, enhancing its influence in Rába, a heavy vehicle manufacturer. The deal was formalized in Budapest. As part of the agreement, Rába will manufacture 2,000 Tatra vehicles for the Hungarian army.
