Daejeon City has partnered with Naraspace and Lion Robotics to establish a global strategic hub for the space and robotics sectors. On the 9th, the city signed a business agreement with these companies, alongside Daejeon Technopark and Daejeon Investment & Securities, aiming to enhance the competitiveness of six strategic industries.

The partnership will provide institutional support, R&D networks, and increased investment. Naraspace's 'Observer-1A' satellite will be utilized in disaster and environmental management, while Lion Robotics' 'Lion Robotics 2' has shown significant growth in defense and industrial safety. Daejeon City plans to explore joint R&D projects to enhance global competitiveness.
