Denso Corp. has appointed Daisuke Yamaoka as president of Denso Products and Services Americas, effective January 1. Yamaoka will lead the aftermarket products and services segment, managing over 550 employees across automotive, commercial, and industrial business groups.

His responsibilities include overseeing Aftermarket Parts and Services, PowerEdge, Automatic Data Capture, Connected Services, EdgeCool, MovinCool, and Robotics. Yamaoka has nearly 30 years of experience within Denso, having worked in various roles in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. He succeeds Hirokatsu Yamashita, who has returned to Japan after nearly seven years in this position.
