Derco Aerospace Secures $209 Million Federal Contract for Military Supplies
Derco Aerospace Inc. has secured a contract worth up to $209 million to supply 130 weapon system supplies to the U.S. military over the next five years, benefiting the Air Force, Navy, and other federal agencies. Established in 1979, the company has a global presence supporting military and commercial fleets. This contract follows a $70 million settlement last year over allegations of overcharging the Navy for spare parts.

Derco Aerospace Inc. has been awarded a contract valued at up to $209,155,768 to supply the U.S. military with 130 weapon system supplies over a five-year period ending in 2030. The contract will serve the Air Force, Navy, and other federal agencies, as stated in a Department of War bulletin.
Established in 1979, Derco has expanded its operations to support military and commercial fleets in 65 countries. The company was involved in a $70 million settlement last year related to allegations of overcharging the Navy for spare parts and materials.
