Desco Infratech Secures Rs. 5.37 Crore Orders from Adani Total Gas, BPCL, and MNGL
Desco Infratech has received domestic orders worth Rs. 5.37 crore from Adani Total Gas Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited for PNG pipeline and support services. The company's current market capitalization is Rs. 142 crore, with shares trading at Rs. 185, down 2.5% from Rs. 190.
The scope includes PE PNG pipeline work in Faridabad and Palwal, maintenance services for BPCL’s PNG network in Rajasthan, and support services for MNGL's CGD network in Pune. The contracts will be executed over 15 to 24 months, providing strong revenue visibility.
Desco has bid tenders worth Rs. 413.67 crore, with a projected conversion ratio of 30-40%. Sales increased from Rs. 37 crore in H2FY25 to Rs. 42 crore in H1FY26, while operating profit rose from Rs. 8 to Rs. 9 crore, with net profit stable at Rs. 6 crore.
