DIA Opens Bidding for $14.1 Billion All-Source Intelligence Analysis Contract
The Defense Intelligence Agency has commenced the bidding process for a $14.1 billion contract aimed at all-source intelligence analysis and production over a potential 10.5-year period. Companies are invited to submit proposals by April 3. The contract, focused on foundational and technical intelligence analysis, foreign materiel exploitation, IT operations, modeling and simulation, and business processes, will utilize a three-step award process based on security, technical capability, pricing, and contractor responsibility.

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has initiated the bidding process for a 10.5-year, $14.1 billion contract focused on all-source intelligence analysis and production. Proposals are due by April 3.
The contract aims to support the Missile & Space Intelligence Center in research, development, and sustainment of systems critical to military intelligence. It encompasses five mission task areas: foundational and technical intelligence analysis, foreign materiel exploitation, IT operations, modeling and simulation, and business processes. Awards will follow a three-step process assessing conformity to requirements, pricing fairness, and contractor responsibility.
