The company has enhanced its graphene production capabilities and achieved significant cost savings through restructuring, while its subsidiary Setcar secured a €1.5 million contract with Ford. Additionally, Directa Plus is focusing on monetizing its intellectual property and is in the process of leadership changes, with Richard Hickinbotham set to step down as Non-Executive Chairman in January 2026.

Directa Plus anticipates FY25 revenues of €7.0m, up from €6.66m in FY24, with adjusted LBITDA around €2.5m, a 30% improvement year-on-year. The company enhanced its technology and production capabilities for graphene materials, addressing high-growth sectors including PFAS and defense.
Setcar, a subsidiary, achieved €0.7m in annualized cost savings through restructuring and won a €1.5m Total Waste Management contract with Ford. Additionally, Setcar is exploring the sale of non-strategic land valued at €0.5m.
Directa Plus is focused on monetizing its intellectual property through partnerships and joint ventures, requiring funding for FY26 growth. Richard Hickinbotham will step down as Non-Executive Chairman on January 31, 2026, with Giulio Cesareo taking over as Interim Chairman. The CEO succession process is ongoing.
