DMEGC Solar Completes 4.3MW Rooftop Project in Hangzhou, China Using Lightweight Modules

SOLAR ENERGY

DMEGC Solar has commissioned a 4.3MW rooftop project at an engineering vehicle equipment company in Hangzhou, China, utilizing its lightweight photovoltaic modules. The project is expected to generate around 4.82 million kWh of clean electricity annually, saving the owner over 3.2 million RMB in electricity costs each year.

The lightweight modules, which reduce weight by 44% compared to traditional options, are designed to meet the load limits of color steel tile roofs without requiring costly reinforcements. This project operates on a 'self-consumption, surplus to grid' model, maximizing green power value.

It is projected to save approximately 1,446 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 2,752 tons annually, equivalent to planting over 107,000 trees. DMEGC Solar is among the top ten PV module manufacturers globally, known for its innovative product portfolio.
