Dobot CR20A Cobot Welding System Enhances Efficiency and Output for Chair Manufacturing
PeyMar has implemented the Dobot CR20A collaborative robot in its chair manufacturing process, allowing a single operator to oversee six welding stations simultaneously. This innovation enhances efficiency by enabling the robot to weld components while the operator replaces finished parts, significantly increasing output and reducing downtime. The CR20A features advanced motion control for reduced vibrations, a 20 kg payload capacity, extensive safety measures, and supports multiple communication protocols for improved operational integration.

PeyMar has deployed a Dobot CR20A collaborative robot for its chair manufacturing, addressing welding challenges by enabling a single operator to manage six stations. This setup allows the robot to weld components while the operator replaces completed parts, maximizing output and minimizing downtime.
The CR20A has a 20 kg payload capacity, a reach of 1,700 mm, and operates with reduced vibrations due to advanced motion control. It is equipped with extensive safety features, including virtual fencing and electromagnetic brakes. The system supports multiple communication protocols, offline programming, and offers various application packages, enhancing integration and operational efficiency.
