DEFENSE
The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) will debut its Long-Range Anti-Ship Hypersonic Glide Missile (LRAShM) at the 77th Republic Day Parade in New Delhi on January 26. The missile has a range of 1,500 km and is designed for the Indian Navy, providing undetectable capabilities against enemy radars.
DRDO aims to enhance India's maritime defense capabilities with hypersonic technologies, which may extend to a range of 3,000 to 3,500 km in the future. The parade will also feature other defense systems and approximately 10,000 special guests, including EU officials.
