DSV is constructing a nearly 950,000-square-foot regional headquarters facility near Mesa Gateway Airport, with an investment of $14.5 million. The project, which broke ground in January 2024, is expected to create 160 jobs and be completed by 2027.
The Mesa Gateway area is evolving into an industrial hub, attracting major employers such as Xnrgy and Virgin Galactic. Xnrgy has recently expanded operations, bringing 500 jobs, while Virgin Galactic is preparing for rocket motor assembly at its facility completed in 2024. The Mesa Gateway Airport, formerly Williams Air Force Base, is owned by the Mesa Gateway Airport Authority, which oversees a designated zone for various high-tech industries.
