Dutch Ministry of Defense Expands DXPV Fleet with Oshkosh Defense Order
The Dutch Ministry of Defense has placed an order for additional Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicles (DXPVs) from Oshkosh Defense, valued between 22 and 26 million euros. These vehicles, based on the Oshkosh Joint Light Tactical Vehicle platform, will be designed for future technological upgrades, and the order includes two training kits for Dutch soldiers. This procurement underscores the ongoing collaboration between the Netherlands and Oshkosh Defense to enhance military capabilities.

The Dutch Ministry of Defense has ordered additional Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicles (DXPVs) from Oshkosh Defense, valued between 22 and 26 million euros. The DXPVs, based on the Oshkosh Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) platform, will be adaptable for future technological integration.
Oshkosh Defense will also provide two DXPV training kits to facilitate immediate training for Dutch soldiers. This order reflects ongoing collaboration between the Netherlands and Oshkosh Defense to modernize defense capabilities. Belgium previously contracted 322 JLTV-based command vehicles in 2020, joining NATO allies utilizing this platform.
