Dynamo Technologies has acquired Victory Solutions, a provider of engineering services to federal agencies, marking its entry into the space and defense sectors. The acquisition, announced on Friday, enhances Dynamo's presence in space exploration and digital transformation programs.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Victory Solutions reported approximately $31.2 million in unclassified prime contract revenue over the past year, with NASA accounting for 62% and the Missile Defense Agency for 38%. In comparison, Dynamo's unclassified prime revenue for the same period was $80.2 million, predominantly from the Agriculture Department, which constituted 97% of its revenue.
