E-System Solutions has acquired a significant interest in Truvelo Specialised Manufacturing, a precision weapons manufacturer, on December 21. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance international expansion and advanced manufacturing in the global defense sector.

E-System Solutions plans to establish production facilities in the UAE and Indonesia to support regionalized manufacturing capabilities and meet global demand for defense equipment. The partnership will enable production across various weapon systems, including loitering munitions, drones, and sniper rifles.

Truvelo will continue operating under its brand while benefiting from E-System's technological integration and market access. The collaboration aims to strengthen sovereign defense capabilities through technology transfer and local production. Notably, Truvelo recently completed a contract with the South African National Defence Force under Project Tedu, delivering sniper rifles in March 2025.
