Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly reviewed the first phase of the 'Decent Life' initiative and announced preparations for its second phase, which will target 1,667 villages across 20 governorates. The first phase has completed 22,204 out of 27,332 planned projects, with 16,815 handed over for operation.
The initiative aims to improve quality of life through infrastructure, health, education, and social services, while also boosting local employment. The second phase will focus on sanitation, drinking water, utility connections, school construction, fiber optic network expansion, natural gas development, and road improvements. This initiative is key to Egypt's national development strategy for rural modernization.
