EKPO and zepp.solutions Launch Zero-Emission Power Systems
The partnership between EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies and zepp.solutions has led to the introduction of the zepp.G240, a zero-emission power generator based on advanced PEM fuel cell technology. This development not only addresses the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions but also provides a viable alternative to traditional diesel generators in various industrial applications.

On July 16, 2026, zepp.solutions unveiled a new line of stationary, zero-emission power units utilizing EKPO's NM12-twin fuel cell stack. This stack is designed for high performance in industrial environments, offering exceptional power density and operational reliability.
The zepp.G240 generator can deliver up to 500 kW in a 10-foot configuration and up to 1 MW in a 20-foot system, achieving cost parity with diesel generators while eliminating CO₂, NOₓ, and particulate emissions. The technology supports both AC and DC applications, with additional features such as fast-charging capabilities and autonomous operation without an external grid. The systems are already being utilized in projects such as powering the “Prins ZEs,” the first fully electric wire crane vessel in the Netherlands, showcasing their practical application in decarbonizing energy supply.
