KBC Corp Ltd is shifting its focus from photovoltaic products, with revenue from this sector projected to decline from 990 million yuan in 2023 to 175 million yuan by 2025. Meanwhile, revenue from the transportation and lithium-battery markets is expected to increase to 615 million yuan, representing 76.6% of total income.
The company dominates over 80% of China's carbon-ceramic brake market and plans to double its production capacity from 400,000 discs. With promising developments in carbon paper for hydrogen fuel cells, KBC aims to increase its market share by 2030. The carbon-ceramic brake market in China is anticipated to grow from 7.9 billion yuan in 2025 to 21.5 billion yuan by 2030, making KBC's innovations vital for maintaining competitiveness.
