Elbit Systems has received a $228 million contract to supply Iron Fist Active Protection Systems for the U.S. Army's Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle upgrade program, led by General Dynamics. The contract expands deliveries aimed at improving the survivability of armored vehicles against various threats.

Iron Fist provides 360-degree protection using sensors and countermeasures against missiles and projectiles, and has been selected after extensive testing.
