Separately, Materion Corporation announced the addition of Thomas Edman to its Board of Directors as the ninth independent member, effective January 21, 2026. Edman is expected to contribute his expertise in global electronics manufacturing, particularly in semiconductor, aerospace, and defense sectors, to support Materion's growth strategy.
