This transaction reflects Ellomay's strategy to enhance its financial position through effective portfolio management in the renewable energy sector.

On March 27, 2026, Ellomay Capital Ltd. completed a separation process allowing the Luzon Group to acquire its indirect shares in Ellomay Luzon Energy, which holds a 33.75% stake in Dorad Energy Ltd. This transaction is valued at approximately NIS 560 million, based on current asset evaluations.
The sale is contingent on customary closing conditions, including approvals from the Israeli Electricity Authority and Competition Authority. Ellomay's diverse portfolio includes substantial investments in solar power plants across Spain and Italy, a significant interest in Dorad Energy, and multiple renewable energy projects in Israel and Texas.
