Embraer Proposes C4I Center to Enhance Morocco KC-390 Negotiations
Embraer is negotiating a deal for five KC-390 aircraft with Morocco, estimated over $600 million, and has proposed a C4I command center to enhance military operations. The partnership highlights Morocco's strategic role in Embraer's regional supply chain development.

Negotiations for the acquisition of five KC-390 Millennium military transport aircraft by Morocco from Embraer are ongoing, with a deal estimated at over $600 million. To strengthen its proposal, Embraer is offering a C4I command center designed to integrate various military operations, enhancing coordination and decision-making.
Morocco aims to establish a unified command structure similar to those of the U.S. and France, with current capabilities limited to the Royal Moroccan Navy's internal protocols. The partnership was solidified in April 2025 when Embraer recognized Morocco as a strategic regional partner for supply chain development. The KC-390 faces competition from Lockheed Martin's C-130 Hercules.
