ENEVO Group Begins Construction of 87.5 MW Solar Power Plant for ENNA Group in Romania
ENEVO Group has commenced construction of an 87.5 MW solar power plant for Croatia-based ENNA Group, located 25 kilometers southwest of Bucharest, Romania. This marks ENNA's first significant investment outside Croatia.
The EPC contract was signed in November with PVP Cepheus, a subsidiary of ENNA Solar. The solar plant, situated on 93 hectares in Mihăilești, is expected to produce 133 GWh annually, with an investment of approximately EUR 60 million.
Commercial operations are scheduled for Q1 2027. This project is part of ENNA's ten-year plan, targeting EUR 330 million in solar investments in Croatia and abroad. ENEVO is responsible for the project's design, procurement, and construction, while Bureau Veritas will oversee compliance with FIDIC standards. ENNA Solar has about 50 MW of operational renewable energy and 350 MW in development.
