Engineering Reports €1.76 Billion Revenue for 2025, Focus on GenAI and Software Solutions
Engineering's consolidated financial results for 2025 show a net revenue increase of 2.5% to €1.76 billion, driven by disciplined cost management and a strategic shift towards high-value segments, including digital technologies and proprietary software. Engineering closed the 2025 fiscal year with net revenues of €1.76 billion, reflecting a 2.5% increase from 2024. Adjusted EBITDA rose to €238.8 million, an 11.2% annual improvement, attributed to cost management and reduced non-recurring expenses.
The company reported a net financial debt of €1.17 billion, a decrease of 2.5% compared to the end of 2024. Strategic initiatives include the development of a 'sovereign' AI architecture aimed at enhancing control and security for businesses and public administration.
Engineering also completed the widespread adoption of Generative AI technologies across its software development cycle, improving productivity and operational efficiency. The R&I division is actively engaged in over 90 projects with investments exceeding €24 million, focusing on AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Space, while enhancing its role in European programs. The sustainability report for 2025 highlights a proactive approach to compliance and data protection, alongside achieving an EcoVadis Platinum medal for sustainability.
