Enterprise Group has completed the acquisition of FlexEnergy Solutions Canada, positioning itself as a provider of power solutions for various installations. The acquisition, valued at 4.3x pre-synergy EBITDA, increased Enterprise's turbine fleet by 43% and secured long-term leasing and servicing contracts.

This move establishes Enterprise as the exclusive Canadian OEM representative for FlexEnergy, enabling access to commercial and industrial markets for primary power applications. The company has also expanded its credit facility to $41M from $30M. With Canada's natural gas activity on the rise and bipartisan support for LNG projects adding over 31 Mtpa of export capacity, Enterprise is poised for growth in the power solutions sector and increased exposure to global LNG markets.
