Evergreen Aviation Museum Displays Inert GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator Bomb
The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is exhibiting an inert GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator bomb, the largest non-nuclear weapon, for educational purposes. This model was provided by the Department of Defense and weighs nearly 30,000 pounds. The exhibit is part of a broader display that includes drones used in the Ukraine-Russia war. The museum's Titan Pavilion will showcase the bomb alongside other aviation and space artifacts, with admission fees starting at $15 for youths and $26 for adults.

The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum has added an inert GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator bomb to its exhibit. The GBU-57, the largest non-nuclear weapon, weighs nearly 30,000 pounds and measures 20.5 feet long.
It was provided by the Department of Defense as a training model for educational display. The museum also showcases drones related to the Ukraine-Russia conflict. The bomb and other exhibits will be available for viewing daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with admission fees starting at $15 for youths and $26 for adults. Additionally, the exhibits will be part of the McMinnville Food Wine Classic fundraiser from March 13-15.
