EXMAR has successfully closed financing documents with Regasificadora Del Pacifico S.A.S. for the Buenaventura project, which aims to establish a fast-track LNG import solution in Colombia's Buenaventura bay. Under a contract with Ecopetrol S.A., RDP will receive regasification and logistics services for 60 MMSCFD of gas.

EXMAR will lease and operate an LNG floating storage and offloading unit for a firm period of 5 years, with options to extend. Operations are anticipated to begin in Q3 2026 following the conversion of the LNG carrier secured for the project.
