Expand Energy CEO Domenic Dell'Osso Departs, Headquarters Moving to Houston by 2026
Expand Energy announced the departure of CEO Domenic Dell'Osso and plans to relocate its headquarters from Oklahoma City to Houston by mid-2026. Chairman Michael Wichterich has been appointed interim CEO. The move is aimed at strengthening industry relationships and enhancing access to LNG export terminals as demand for U.S. natural gas rises. The company reaffirmed its operational outlook for 2025, with Q4 results due on February 17.
