Expand Energy announced the departure of CEO Domenic Dell'Osso and the relocation of its headquarters from Oklahoma City to Houston, planned for mid-2026. Chairman Michael Wichterich will serve as interim CEO.

The relocation aims to bolster relationships with industry partners and improve access to LNG export terminals amid increasing global demand for U.S. natural gas. The company also reaffirmed its operational outlook for 2025 and is set to report Q4 results on February 17. Dell'Osso's leadership transformed Expand into an investment-grade producer, joining the S&P 500 index.
