EXPANSIA, JHNA, and CTSI are merging to create a new defense technology platform following acquisition by Falfurrias Management Partners. The platform aims to deliver mission-critical technologies to U.S. military services and agencies, including the Navy and DARPA.

The merger positions the combined entity to enhance capabilities in areas such as artificial intelligence, modular systems architecture, and advanced manufacturing. Ian Northrop will lead the new platform, which will operate with over 525 professionals across defense hubs in Virginia, Alabama, and Maryland.
