EXPANSIA Merges with JHNA and CTSI to Form New Defense Technology Platform
EXPANSIA, JHNA, and CTSI are merging to form a new defense technology platform after being acquired by Falfurrias Management Partners, aimed at providing critical technologies to U.S. military services, including the Navy and DARPA. Led by Ian Northrop, the new entity will enhance capabilities in artificial intelligence, modular systems architecture, and advanced manufacturing, employing over 525 professionals across defense hubs in Virginia, Alabama, and Maryland.
