FCDE Acquires 55% Stake in Hemeria, Toulouse Defense Equipment Manufacturer

Hemeria, a manufacturer of defense and aerospace equipment based in Toulouse, has undergone a change in ownership. The French investment fund FCDE has acquired a 55% stake in the company. Previously, the historical shareholders, founders Philippe Gautier and Jean-Yves Rivière, owned two-thirds of Hemeria. This acquisition marks a significant shift in the company's capital structure.
