Ferrero Initiates Cold Logistics Hub Project in Asti by 2027
Ferrero is set to develop a 45,000 sqm cold logistics hub in San Marzanotto by 2027, enhancing supply chain efficiency. This hub will optimize the management of temperature-sensitive products, bolstering existing operations in Govone.

Ferrero is constructing a cold logistics hub on a 45,000 sqm site in San Marzanotto, projected for completion by 2027. The site, unused for 27 years, aims to improve management of temperature-sensitive products and enhance Ferrero's storage capabilities.
Concurrently, Gabetti is promoting 100,000 sqm of logistics and data center space in via Maggiora, while a partnership with Valtidone Logistic Development in the Quarto d'Asti area will introduce another 100,000 sqm. The integration of Asti into the Genoa retroport system and its designation as a Simplified Logistics Zone (ZLS) are vital for regional investment maximization, presenting opportunities for logistical advancements.
