Fidelis New Energy and 8090 Industries have launched American Intelligence & Power Corporation (AIP Corp) to develop and operate AI infrastructure and power microgrids for data center customers. The flagship operation, Monarch Cloud Campus, will be located in Mason County, West Virginia, and will feature an 8 GW AI Microgrid Platform designed to support AI workloads.

The facility aims to provide high reliability power solutions, ensuring utility-grade performance and operational control for security-sensitive applications. Monarch will utilize local natural gas supplies and is designed for strong environmental compliance.

The project is backed by local and federal officials, including Governor Patrick Morrisey and Senators Shelley Moore Capito and Joe Manchin. There is no specified timeline for construction or operational commencement.
