Firecell and Accelleran Merge to Create Integrated Private 5G Platform for Industrial Use
Firecell and Accelleran have merged to develop a complete private 5G solution aimed at industrial, defense, and critical infrastructure sectors. The platform integrates Firecell's core network with Accelleran's RAN and AI capabilities, targeting applications in ports, factories, and logistics. The merger, supported by €7.9 million in investments, will operate under the Firecell brand, expanding its footprint across Europe and beyond. The solution will be showcased at Mobile World Congress in March 2026.

Firecell and Accelleran have merged to establish a comprehensive private 5G platform for industrial autonomy, critical infrastructure, and defense connectivity. This solution integrates Firecell's core network and NMS with Accelleran's programmable RAN and AI capabilities.
The offering is designed for applications requiring high connectivity reliability, such as ports and factories. Backed by a €7.9 million investment, the merged entity will operate under the Firecell brand, led by CEO Claude Seyrat. The solution will be presented at Mobile World Congress in March 2026 and completion of the merger is expected by the end of Q1 2026.
