Firepoint Energy Inc. has signed a financial advisory agreement with Ardour Capital Investments, LLC to assist in capital formation and strategic growth. Firepoint uses zero-emission plasma gasification technology to convert waste coal into critical minerals and sustainable aviation fuel.

As the pilot site approaches completion and a partnership with Penn State University is formalized, Firepoint is entering a capital-intensive development phase. Plans include manufacturing plasma gasifiers and acquiring more waste coal sites to tackle the domestic shortfall of critical minerals, a concern highlighted by the U.S. Department of Defense.
