The First Army's Operational Data Team has introduced a simulation capability that transforms planning for Large Scale Mobilization Operations. In collaboration with the Georgia Tech Research Institute, the simulation can model thousands of units, providing comprehensive assessments of mobilization impacts.

Deployed on the Army Data Platform, it allows planners to evaluate changes in minutes, facilitating quick decision-making for mobilization plans. The tool estimates resource requirements and will be utilized in an exercise at First Army headquarters in April and showcased at the 94th Military Operations Research Society Symposium in June. The project represents a strategic shift in data utilization within the Army.
