Five Point Infrastructure LLC has successfully closed a continuation vehicle to maintain its ownership of San Mateo Midstream, LLC, in partnership with Matador Resources Company. The continuation vehicle, one of the largest in midstream energy, allows existing investors to realize financial returns and facilitates further growth for San Mateo.

Key commitments for the capital raise came from North Hudson Resource Partners, EOC Partners Advisors, and Hamilton Lane. San Mateo provides midstream services in the Delaware Basin, focusing on natural gas and oil gathering, processing, and produced water disposal.
