Flip Electronics will provide dedicated capacity and resources for the next 20 years, ensuring reliable availability of high-performance RF components for various applications, including infrastructure, industrial, aerospace, medical, and defense.

The partnership focuses on extending the lifecycle of semiconductors through inventory acquisition and licensing IP from original manufacturers, allowing long-term access to Ampleon's legacy products. Flip Electronics assures customers of certified and authorized products, even as other manufacturers exit the RF transistor market.
