The KAPLAN APC will prioritize ballistic and mine protection, transport a crew of 13, and feature modular capabilities for various missions. It will be built on a new-generation tracked platform with a power-to-weight ratio of at least 23 hp/ton and will include common parts with existing KAPLAN MT vehicles. The second vehicle will be produced in Indonesia, with both vehicles expected to be delivered by the end of 2026.
